Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During busy periods, processing time may take longer, but we will always do our best to get your order shipped as soon as possible.

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail.

Once your order has been processed, shipping time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 business days for UK orders, but expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

☽ Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You can view the shipping cost for your order at checkout.

Any orders for the UK over £40 will receive FREE 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery.

☽ Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. For those who have chosen the tracked service, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number from Royal Mail. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the Royal Mail UK website.

☽ International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping through Royal Mail UK. But we are working on it, hope to see the rest of you soon~

☽ Shipping Damage

If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
