What type of wax do you use in your candles?

We use a natural coconut soy wax in all of our candles. Coconut Soy wax is a renewable resource and is biodegradable, making it a more eco-friendly option than traditional paraffin wax.

What scents do your candles come in?

We offer a wide range of scents, including floral, fruity, woody, and seasonal scents (coming soon). You can view our full selection here.

Why is frosting in candles?

As we are using natural coconut soy wax in all of our candles, and frosting is a natural occurrence that happens in soy wax candles when the wax cools and solidifies. It appears as a white, crystalline pattern on the surface of the candle and is caused by the natural properties of soy wax.

Is frosting a sign of poor quality or a defect in the candle?

No, frosting is not a sign of poor quality or a defect in the candle. Frosting cannot be completely prevented in soy wax candles, it is a natural occurrence in soy wax candles. But frosting does not affect the performance or burn time of the candle.

Why is sweating in candles?

Sweating, also known as "wet spots," is another common occurrence in candles. It appears as small pockets of liquid on the surface of the candle and is caused by the wax contracting and pulling away from the container as it cools.

Is sweating a sign of poor quality or a defect in the candle?

No, sweating is not a sign of poor quality or a defect in the candle. It is a natural occurrence in natural soy based candles and does not affect the performance or burn time of the candle.

Do you test your candles on animals?

No, we do not test our candles on animals. We are committed to being a cruelty-free company and do not support animal testing.

How long do your candles burn?

Our candles typically burn for 35-40 hours, depending on the size of the candle and the burning conditions.

How should I care for my candle?

To ensure the best burn experience, we recommend trimming the wick to 5mm before each use and burning the candle for 3-4 hours at the first time. Always burn candles on a heat-resistant surface and keep them away from flammable objects. For more information on candle care, please see here.

Do you offer international shipping?
