Returns + Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. Your satisfaction and opinions are important to us! 

However, due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.

But we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment from if photographic proof of damage and receipt is submitted to within 48 hours of arrival.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.



Contact us at with the items you wish to return. Your subject line should read – ‘RETURN [your order number]’.


  • We recommend that you retain your proof of postage and use a signed for delivery service when posting your return package. we will not be held responsible for parcels that are lost and cannot be traced with a tracking number.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in a re-sellable condition, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. So please ensure it is packed well to avoid damage in transit. 

  • Customers will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.

  • It could take times (normally 3-5 days) for the parcel to reach us. Once we received, we will processing a return and it usually takes place within 3-5 business days.  



1. Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase (as indicated on your order). 

2. Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the candles must be unburnt, containing all packaging and have no stains or marks.

3. The customer must cover for the cost of the return shipping. We will not be held responsible for parcels that are lost and cannot be traced with a tracking number.

4. Returns outside the above criteria, we will have to send it back to you and this may incur additional costs.


Sale and Limited Edition Items

We cannot accept exchanges, refunds or returns on sale items, gift cards, or limited edition products. If you purchased directly before a sale, we unfortunately cannot price match the item. 



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Processing time can vary between banks.
